They have problems and they bring them up to there representitives. they also can help in a big or small way.

They normally write letters teling them what there concerns are or they can try to setup a meeting to talk about the issue they want to discuss.

By talking with a local Rep. Then if the problem is big enough or bad enough it goes up Higher into to the house of reps.

They can send letters or they can also try to set up a meeting to talk to their represenative's to talk about the problems

They can write letters explaining the concern they are having and give them examples of ways to solve the problem/issue they are having. and hopefully that will give them some good ideas of ways to change the ways of the things people don't agree on.

Send in a letter telling them if there is any problems that we need fixed. They can talk to their people and get it fixed.

They can send an e-mail to their local representitive who will bring it up in a later meeting

depending on how big or small an issue that you'd like to bring attention to, there's different ways to go about being heard. you can either write a letter, shoot out an emial, or even straight up talk to your local representative about your issue.

Depending whether it is a local state or national problem you should write a letter or send an email to your corresponding legislative representative.
