yes, without economic growth our state will go nowhere. economics needs to increase every year because the prices of much needed murchindise will continue to grow and without economics growing we will not have enough money to get any of the much needed supplies.
Yes becasue if we don't this state will never be able to handle the growing population.

Honestly, we got ourselves in this economic mess so it's our job to get us out of it. Economic growth is key to a country's survival. We need to buck up and get involved, doing whatever we can to help our economy.
As the government, on any level, it should certainly promote economic growth. In fact, it is one of the one of the basic needs of government to provide a working economy for its people. But, there is a difference between promoting economic growth and controlling the economy. It is no longer a free enterprise when the government is bailing out major businesses, but most will argue it is still morally correct. An issue like this is not black and white, but ideally, the government should not have to meddle much with the economy, and should just make sure it is in an environment where it can thrive.
