It is a good way to help the country to be self relying country and not have to rely on other countries for energy

Governor Rendell thinks we need fuel alternatives, and he doesnt think we should rely on other countries for energy, so he thinks that biofuel is a good program.

I think he is all for it since PA will be relied on to get what's needed for biofuels. It's a good option for PA since we'll be relied on, so our economy will get better and we won't be so reliant on other countries

(I researched this)
It seems that he likes the fact that it doesn't pollute yet saves money. In my eyes it doesn't seem that the presidents ever care about the environment so I don't believe him. But, in my eyes this is a definite YES for bio-fuels the environments already destroyed. It's like destroying a piece of art, it's so wonderous enduring time yet, not many care for the environment like a piece of art.
